With its humble beginnings from the kitchen of Owner & Executive Chef, Nana Hammond, graduate of The International Culinary Center(the formerly known French Culinary Institute, NYC). Nana has over a decade of experience in her craft and loves to create unpretentious and simple food that hits your palate in a big way!
